It is equipped with the 12th generation Intel Core i3-1215U processor, which integrates 6 cores and can reach an impressive frequency of 4.4 GHz. This configuration ensures smooth execution of the most complex industrial applications and efficient multitasking. Its entirely fanless design guarantees silent operation, reduces maintenance needs, and offers increased robustness against dust and debris, essential advantages in production environments. The system supports up to 64 GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM, allowing excellent responsiveness and the management of large databases or resource-intensive applications. Storage is provided by one M.2 slot, offering fast access speeds.

Extended and Modular Connectivity

The PPC-IT8-104-I3 stands out with its comprehensive connectivity, ready to integrate into various industrial systems. It is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports for reliable and fast network communications. For peripherals and automation, it features four USB ports (all USB 3.0) and a total of six serial ports (4x RS-232 and 2x RS-232/422/485). An HDMI output and an audio output are included for display extension and sound functionalities. The PC also integrates two M.2 expansion slots for increased flexibility, allowing for the addition of optional modules such as Wi-Fi 6 (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth 5.2, 4G, 5G connectivity, or GPS.

USB port expansion is also possible with a 4 USB 3.0 Type-A ports card. For advanced industrial control, GPIO, DIO and 2 CAN Ports cards are available. Additional storage options can be integrated with M.2 NVME SSD Slot or SATA SSD Slot (supports RAID 1) cards. Finally, for wireless connectivity, 2 Mini PCIE Slot supports 4G and Wi-Fi modules, and an M.2 Slot Key-B is dedicated to 5G modules. UPS battery modules (1.2AH or 4.8AH) can also be added for uninterrupted power supply.
