It is powered by the 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-6102E processor (dual-core at 1.9 GHz with 3 MB L2 cache), providing sufficient computing power for real-time control, data acquisition, and monitoring tasks without compromising energy efficiency. This processor is optimized for embedded environments requiring controlled power consumption. It comes with 8GB of DDR4 memory, expandable up to 32GB via two SO-DIMM sockets, ensuring good responsiveness for industrial applications.

The UNO-3283G-634BE is engineered for maximum robustness in harsh industrial environments. Its fanless design eliminates the need for fan maintenance, reduces noise, and significantly enhances reliability by preventing dust ingress and mechanical failures. Its ability to operate within a wide temperature range of -20°C to 60°C (with 0.7m/s airflow) makes it suitable for deployments in extreme conditions. To ensure maximum uptime, this system integrates dual 12-36 VDC power inputs, providing power redundancy and protection against interruptions. An easily exchangeable RTC battery on the front panel also facilitates maintenance.
Comprehensive Connectivity and Modular Expansion
The UNO-3283G-634BE offers extensive connectivity for easy integration into industrial systems. It features two Gigabit Ethernet ports, six USB 3.0 ports for fast data transfers, and four serial ports (two RS-232/422/485 and two RS-232 via pin header), enabling versatile communication with a variety of peripherals and sensors. For display output, it is equipped with DVI-I and HDMI outputs, supporting dual independent displays for improved process visualization. Expansion options are highly flexible with one PCIe x16 slot, one PCI slot, and two full-size mPCIe slots. Advantech's iDoor technology allows for adding specific modules (Fieldbus, PoE, COM, Digital I/O) to customize the PC according to the precise needs of the application.
