The Advantech UNO-3285G-654BE is an embedded industrial PC designed to deliver an optimal balance of computing power and energy efficiency for automation applications. It is powered by the 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-6442EQ processor (quad-core at 1.9 GHz), providing reliable performance for control tasks, data acquisition, and real-time monitoring in industrial environments. This processor is ideal for applications requiring good responsiveness without the extreme demands of a Core i7. The system comes equipped with 8GB of DDR4 memory, expandable up to 32GB via two SO-DIMM sockets, ensuring smooth operation for industrial applications.
Robust Reliability and Operation in Extreme Conditions
Engineered for maximum durability, the UNO-3285G-654BE features a fanless design, eliminating moving parts and thus reducing the risk of mechanical failure due to dust or vibrations. It can operate across a wide temperature range from -20°C to 60°C (with 0.7m/s airflow), making it suitable for the harshest industrial environments. For continuous availability, it integrates dual 12-36 VDC power inputs, providing essential redundancy in case of power interruptions. An easily exchangeable RTC battery on the front panel simplifies maintenance.

The UNO-3285G-654BE boasts extensive connectivity for seamless integration. It offers two Gigabit Ethernet ports, six USB 3.0 ports for fast transfers, and four serial ports (two RS-232/422/485 via DB9 and two RS-232 via pin header), enabling versatile communication with a multitude of peripherals. For display, it is equipped with DVI-I and HDMI outputs, supporting dual independent displays. Expansion capabilities are noteworthy with two PCIe x8 slots and two PCI slots, along with two full-size mPCIe slots. It also supports Advantech's iDoor technology for adding specific modules (Fieldbus, PoE, COM, Digital I/O), allowing customization of the system according to precise application needs.
