Optimized ARM Performance for AI and Embedded Applications
The PPC-IT5-A320 is a 32-inch industrial Panel PC designed for efficiency and versatility, built upon the ARM architecture. It is powered by the Rockchip RK3568 Quad-core processor clocked at 2 GHz, offering an excellent combination of performance and low power consumption. A key advantage of this processor is its integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) of 1 TOPS, enabling accelerated artificial intelligence and machine learning applications directly at the edge. Its entirely fanless design ensures silent operation, minimal maintenance, and increased reliability in dusty or sensitive environments. The system features up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM for smooth application execution. Storage is flexible with an M.2 slot and integrated eMMC memory, also offering the possibility of using NVMe for ultra-fast read/write speeds. The PPC-IT5-A320 is optimized for Android 11 and Linux operating systems, providing an open and adaptable software platform.
Versatile Touchscreen Display
This Panel PC offers an immersive and intuitive user interface thanks to its 32-inch Full HD screen (1920 x 1080) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. With a brightness of 350 nits and a contrast ratio of 800, the screen guarantees excellent visibility and vibrant colors for displaying complex data or graphical interfaces. It features a touch interface, with the capacitive technologies, offering usage flexibility adapted to various contexts, whether with bare fingers or gloves. The front panel benefits from IP65 protection, making it resistant to fine dust and water splashes, thus ensuring essential durability in harsh industrial environments. The screen can display up to 16.2 million colors, ensuring rich and faithful visual reproduction.
Comprehensive Connectivity and Advanced Features
The PPC-IT5-A320 excels in connectivity, making it ideal for integration into complex industrial systems. It features two Ethernet ports for stable network communications. For peripherals, it offers four USB ports (one USB 3.0 and three USB 2.0), as well as three serial ports (two RS-232 and one RS-422/485). Wireless connectivity options include integrated WiFi and Bluetooth. For mobile or remote applications, options such as 4G and GPS are available, complemented by a SIM card reader and an SD card reader. An HDMI output is present for display extension. For greater flexibility, a Mini PCI-E Full-Size expansion slot is available, allowing for the addition of further modules. Power is supplied via a wide voltage range from 9 to 36 VDC, compatible with industrial standards.
