At the heart of this system is the Rockchip RK3588 Octa-core processor, fabricated with an 8nm process. Its architecture combines four Cortex-A76 cores at 2.4 GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz, delivering exceptional processing power for real-time data analysis and handling complex industrial AI workloads. This powerful SoC also integrates a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) with 6 TOPS of AI computing power and an ARM Mali-G610 MP4 GPU, ensuring advanced performance for machine learning and video processing. It comes equipped with 4 GB, 8 GB, or 16 GB of onboard LPDDR4X RAM and 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB, or 256 GB of eMMC storage, providing ample responsiveness and capacity for resource-intensive applications. Its multi-point (10-point) capacitive touch screen provides intuitive and smooth interaction, even with light gloves. Comprehensive Connectivity and 8K Multimedia Versatility
The PPC-AR5-A170-3588 is equipped with rich connectivity to seamlessly integrate into various systems. It features two Ethernet (RJ45) ports for fast and reliable network communications, and one USB port and one USB OTG port for connecting various peripherals and sensors. For traditional industrial control applications, it includes two RS232 serial ports and one RS485 port. Multimedia capabilities are outstanding, with an HDMI 2.1 output, as well as support for multiple independent displays. The RK3588 processor allows for 4K video decoding (H.265/VP9/AVS2) and 4K encoding (H.265/H.264), making this PC ideal for ultra-high-resolution display applications.
