The PPC-AR5-101-I5 is a 10.1-inch industrial Panel PC, designed to offer an optimal balance of performance, energy efficiency, and reliability in demanding industrial environments. At the core of this system is the 12th Generation Intel Core i5-1235U processor. This hybrid processor features 10 cores (2 P-cores and 8 E-cores) and 12 threads, with a maximum turbo frequency of up to 4.4 GHz, providing significant computing power for data management, automation, and visualization applications. The integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics enhance multimedia and graphics capabilities, enabling smooth handling of complex user interfaces and video content. Its completely fanless design ensures silent operation, increased durability by preventing dust accumulation, and reduced maintenance. The system supports up to 32GB of DDR4 SODIMM RAM and offers flexible storage options with an M.2 slot for ultra-fast NVMe SSDs and a SATA port for a 2.5" SSD/HDD.

Equipped with a 10.1-inch WXGA IPS display with a resolution of 1280x800, the PPC-AR5-101-I5 delivers clear image quality, vibrant colors, and wide viewing angles. The standard brightness of 250-300 nits can be optionally increased up to 1500 nits for perfect readability even in direct sunlight. The touchscreen is available as an option, offering a choice between multi-point capacitive technology for fluid and intuitive interaction (compatible with light gloves) or resistive technology for enhanced robustness and use with styluses or thicker gloves, suitable for environments where precision and resistance to contaminants are paramount. The front panel with IP65 protection guarantees effective resistance to dust and water splashes, making it ideal for workshops, industrial kitchens, or sheltered outdoor environments.
Comprehensive Connectivity and Integration Flexibility
The PPC-AR5-101-I5 is equipped with extensive connectivity for seamless integration into various industrial system architectures. It features two Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) ports, powered by Intel i211/i210 controllers, for reliable and high-speed network communications. For peripheral connections, it offers two USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports. Serial connectivity is provided by two RS232 ports and one RS485 port (configurable as RS232), essential for interfacing with existing industrial equipment. Video outputs include an HDMI port and a DisplayPort (DP), allowing connection to additional external displays for multi-screen setups. A Mini PCIe slot is also available for adding wireless modules such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or 4G/5G, offering increased connectivity flexibility. The wide range DC 9-36V power input ensures compatibility with various industrial power sources.
